Booking
Please message us on WhatsApp to book your grooming slot. As we both have day jobs, it's best to book at least one week in advance. We will schedule your pet based on our available time slots.
Operating Hours
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday: 7 PM – 10 PM
- Wednesday: Closed
- Thursday: 7 PM – 10 PM
- Friday: Closed
- Saturday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Sunday: 3 PM – 6 PM
We are closed on all Public Holidays.
Festive Season Surcharge
- Extra 10% for bookings made 3–4 weeks before a festive date.
- Extra 15% for bookings made within 2 weeks before a festive date.
Deposit
The deposit of S$30 will be charged to customer who have missed their first appointment.
Grooming Price
- Prices depend on your pet's size, coat, and style.
- We'll give you a price range before grooming.
Reschedule / Cancel
- Please let us know at least 1 week before if you need to change your appointment.
- In case of real emergencies, we'll understand and help.
Payment
- We accept cash or PayNow.
- Please pay on the same day of grooming to avoid confusion in our records.
Punctuality
- Please be on time for drop-off and pick-up.
- Late pick-up over 1 hour = $10 charge.
- Repeated lateness may require a deposit for all future bookings.
Sick Pets
- Please tell us if your pet has any medical conditions.
- We'll handle them with extra care.
Matted Fur
- Pets with tangled or matted fur may have extra charges unless shaved.
- Please brush your pet before grooming to avoid extra fees.
Sandy / Muddy Fur
Pets with very dirty fur may be charged $20–$50 extra for extra cleaning time and effort.
Aggressive / Uncooperative Pets
- Extra $30 handling fee applies.
- If we can't continue due to safety, full session charge still applies.
- Safety for both pet and groomer comes first.
Limitation of Liability
- In the rare event of an accident, our liability is limited to the grooming fee.
- We'll always prioritize the safety and care of your pet.
